Rubber hose for suction and discharge of air, water and non-corrosive fluids, in sizes from 1" to 6". The steel helix embedded in the wall is what allows suction duty: it keeps the hose from collapsing when the pump draws fluid and the internal pressure falls below atmospheric. Black synthetic rubber tube and cover, four high-tensile textile plies and a longitudinal copper wire, with a yellow identification stripe.
